After graduating from Navarro College at 18 years old, Leiza went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of North Texas, and then a law degree from Baylor Law School, where she graduated in the top 15% of her class. She is practicing employment and business litigation law in Dallas, Texas, where she founded the law firm, Dolghih Law Group PLLC, in 2022. Leiza is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and enjoys helping employers and employees resolve legal issues all over Texas. She’s been voted one of the Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas in 2018-2022, Best Lawyers in Dallas in 2017-2023, and Super Lawyers in 2022-2023. She is fluent in Russian, her native language, and Spanish, in no small part due to her Spanish classes at Navarro College.
